Candidate must have passed the Higher Secondary Examination of the Government of Tamil Nadu or any other Examination accepted to aid the graduates in finding satisfactory employment opportunities in business firms.

Candidate should have studied Commerce and Accountancy in Higher Secondary School of Examination.

• Candidate must have passed class 12th or senior secondary examination with at least 50% marks including English.
• The 12th examination must be passed/ Appearing with mathematics as a compulsory subject.

Candidate should have passed the Higher Secondary Examination conducted by the Board of Higher Secondary Education, Government of Tamil Nadu or any other Examinations accepted by the Syndicate as equivalent thereto with Mathematics / Computer Science as one of the subjects.

• Higher Secondary (10+2) or equivalent qualification, whichever name it is known by, completed from a recognized university.
• A minimum aggregate score of 45% at the 10+2 level.
• Aspirants from a commerce education background will be given preference.

The minimum eligibility criteria for students who want to pursue an BSc Biotechnology program from Indian universities are given below:

• Aspirants seeking admission to B.Sc Biotechnology are required to have passed 12th with Physics, Biology, and Chemistry as core subjects, with minmum 50% overall (45% for SC/ST candidates), and 60% in each core subject. Both PCM & PCB candidates are eligible to apply.
